Terms & rental terms

Quotations issued by SAI ELECTRIC AND TRADING COMPANY PRIVATE LIMITED are valid for the period stated on the quotation. Rates, fuel terms, operator inclusion and hire periods are confirmed in writing before deployment.

Equipment remains our property throughout the hire. The hirer is responsible for site access, safe placement conditions, and reasonable care during the hire period. Any damage beyond normal wear is assessed fairly and discussed before invoicing.

Payment terms, advances and billing cycles are agreed per engagement and stated on the quotation or invoice. This page is a summary — the specific terms on your quotation or hire agreement take precedence.
